Open the Quote associated with a Client Quote

Use this activity to open the quote associated with client quote.

Note: Quotes are shareable—multiple clients can link to a single quote, so proceed with care. If the quote screen displays a Client tab, then the quote is not shared by other clients. If the tab is hidden, then the quote is shared by other clients.

Activity Steps

1. Access the CCCLNT—Client application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCCLNT—Search Client screen.
2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search.

   Clients that match the criteria display in the grid.

3. Open the required client to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.

   Select the Invoicing tab.

4. Select the Quotes sub-tab.
5. Double-click on the desired quote.

   The CCQUOTE—Quote Detail screen displays.

6. Use Maintaining Quotes to update the base shareable quote.
