Preview a QC Mask
Use this activity to preview the placements made by a QC mask.
After creating a QC mask you can preview it for a group of samples. Use the preview to check the QC mask configuration before applying it to a group of samples, for example, to the group of samples in a job scheme that are to be processed for an append or override QC process.
Activity Steps
- Access the CCQCMK—QC Mask application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCQCMK—Search QC Mask screen.
- Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search.
QC masks that match the criteria display in the grid.
- Open the required QC Mask to display the CCQCMK—QC Mask Detail screen.
- Select the Preview QC Mask tab.
- Enter #Samples, the number of samples in the trial sample stream.
