Maintain scheme version analytes

To review scheme version analytes:

  1. Access the CCSCHM—Scheme application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCSCHM—Search Scheme screen.

  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display the schemes that match the criteria.

  3. Open the required scheme to display the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.
  4. Select the Scheme Versions tab to display scheme versions, sorted from latest to oldest version, in the grid. Click on the column header to change the sort order.

  5. Open the scheme version to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.

  6. Select the Analytes tab to display scheme version analytes in the grid.

  7. Open the analyte to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Analyte Detail screen.

To create an analyte:

  1. Review scheme versions to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.
  2. Select the Analytes tab.
  3. Click Create Scheme Version Analyte to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Analyte Detail screen.
  4. Enter the Analyte Code for the new analyte.
  5. Enter the Analyte Type as ANALYTICAL,
  6. Click Submit and return.

To update an analyte:

  1. Review scheme versions to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.
  2. Select the Analytes tab.
  3. Open the scheme version analyte to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Analyte Detail screen.

  4. Update the fields, as required.

    Note: The Analyte Code and Analyte Type fields cannot be updated.

  5. To specify a Result Selection List for the analyte:

    1. Select Use First List Value As Default, as required.
    2. Select whether a result must come Only From List.

    3. To add an item to the list of valid results for the analyte, click Add iconAdd.

    4. To delete an item from the list of valid results for the analyte, click X at the beginning of the row containing the pre-defined result.

    5. Update the List Item and specify its Is Active status, as required.
  6. Click Submit.

To create price codes for multiple analytes within a scheme version:

  1. Review scheme versions to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.
  2. Select the Analytes tab.
  3. Select one or more analytes.
  4. Click Create Analyte Price Code.

To resequence analytes within a scheme version:

  1. Review scheme versions to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.
  2. Select the Analytes tab.
  3. Select an analyte row.
  4. Move the analyte row up or down as required.
  5. Click Submit.

To delete a single analyte:

  1. Review scheme versions to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.
  2. Select the Analytes tab.
  3. Open the scheme version analyte to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Analyte Detail screen.
  4. Click Delete to display the Confirm Delete dialog box.
  5. Click Confirm.

To delete multiple analytes:

  1. Review scheme versions to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.
  2. Select the Analytes tab.
  3. Click at the beginning of the rows containing an analyte to be deleted.
  4. Click Submit.
