Export/Import of Products

Products are automatically included in distribution if:

• Template Samples are exported/imported: CCPRODUCT.ID = CCSAMPLE.PRODUCT_ID
• Template Sample Specifications are exported/imported: CCPRODUCT.ORGANISATION_CODE+CODE = CCSAMPLESPEC.ORGANISATION_CODE+PRODUCT_CODE

The following data is included when a Product record is exported/imported:

• All fields in the record, except for those specified as being cleared, and Creation User and Last Mod User which are cleared also.

  • Laboratory (should be empty anyway since only org-scope products can be approved for export)

  • Approved date

  • Approved by user

  • Status changed by user

• Specific links to other records are maintained, and the linked record is exported/imported if it does not already exist in the destination organisation.

  • Product category, as a Category record

  • Line of business, as a Line of Business record

  • Primary specification, as a Specification record

  • Sample type, as a Sample Type record

  • Disposal sample handling, as a Sample Handling record

  • Product text, as a Text record

  • Product script, as a Script record

• Related child or group member records are exported/imported.

  • Product specifications, as Specification records

    • Specification Scheme Version Analyte—only where the scheme version exists already in the current organisation

  • Product hazards, as Product Hazard records

  • Product type, as Product Type records

• All related EFS files (for example, scripts, images) are exported/imported.

  • Product image

  • Product document

• All related custom attributes and related content are exported/imported.
• All related I18n records are exported/imported for all exported/imported records.
