Export/Import of Rounding Tables

Rounding Tables are automatically included in distribution if:

• Sample Scheme Analytes are exported/imported: CCROUNDINGTABLE.ID = CCSAMPLESCHEMEANALYTE.ROUNDING_TABLE_ID
• Scheme Version Analytes are exported/imported: CCROUNDINGTABLE.ID = CCSCHEMEVERSIONANALYTE.ROUNDING_TABLE_ID

The following data is included when a Rounding Table record is exported/imported:

• All fields in the record, except for those specified as being cleared, and Creation User and Last Mod User which are cleared also.

  • Laboratory (should be empty anyway since only org-scope rounding tables can be approved for export)

• Specific links to other records are maintained, and the linked record is exported/imported if it does not already exist in the destination organisation.
  • Rounding table category, as Category record
• Related child or group member records are exported/imported.
  • Rounding table items, as Rounding Table Item records
• All related EFS files (for example, scripts, images) are exported/imported.
• All related custom attributes and related content are exported/imported.
• All related I18n records are exported/imported for all exported/imported records.
