Export/Import of Scheme Version Analytes

Scheme Version Analytes are automatically included in distribution if:

• Scheme Versions are exported/imported: CCSCHEMEVERSIONANALYTE.SCHEME_VERSION_ID = CCSCHEMEVERSION.ID
• Sample Scheme Analytes are exported/imported: CCSCHEMEVERSIONANALYTE.ID = CCSAMPLESCHEMEANALYTE.SCHEME_VERSION_ANALYTE_ID
• Specification Scheme Version Analytes are exported/imported: CCSCHEMEVERSIONANALYTE.ID = CCSPECSCHEMEVERANALYTE.SCHEME_VERSION_ANALYTE_ID

The following data is included when a Scheme Version Analyte record is exported/imported:

• All fields in the record, except for those specified as being cleared, and Creation User and Last Mod User which are cleared also.

  • Laboratory (should be empty anyway since only org-scope scheme version analytes can be approved for export)

  • Associated scheme version analyte (should be empty anyway since only org-scope scheme version analytes can be approved for export)

  • Price code laboratory code

• Specific links to other records are maintained, and the linked record is exported/imported if it does not already exist in the destination organisation.

  • Owning scheme, as Scheme record

  • Owning scheme version, as Scheme Version record

  • Parent analyte, as Scheme Version Analyte record

  • Analysis unit, as Unit record

  • Analyte text, as Text record

  • Upper scheme code, as Scheme record

  • Upper analyte code, as Scheme Version Analyte record

  • Precision assessment script, as Script record

  • Surrogate QC type, as QC Type record

  • Rounding table, as Rounding Table record

  • Rounding script, as Script record

  • Report unit, as Unit record

  • Uncertainty range table, as Range Table record

  • Uncertainty script, as Script record

  • Price code organisation code and price code, as Price Code record

• Related child or group member records are exported/imported.

  • Scheme version analyte list items, as Scheme Version Analyte List Item records

  • Specification scheme version analytes, as Specification Scheme Version Analyte records, where they do not exist as yet in the current organisation

• All related EFS files (for example, scripts, images) are exported/imported.
• All related custom attributes and related content are exported/imported.
• All related I18n records are exported/imported for all exported/imported records.
