Export/Import of Sample Schemes

Sample Schemes are automatically included in distribution if:

  • Samples are exported/imported: CCSAMPLESCHEME.ORGANISATION_CODE+SAMPLE_CODE = CCSAMPLE.ORGANISATION_CODE+CODE

The following data is included when a Sample Scheme record is exported/imported:

  • All fields in the record, except for those specified as being cleared, and Creation User and Last Mod User which are cleared also.

    • Laboratory (should be empty anyway since only org-scope template sample schemes can be approved for export)

    • Job

    • Job scheme

    • Current batch

    • Possible date

    • Expiry date

    • Subcontract laboratory

    • Latest sample portion

    • Price code

    • Package price code

    • Source sample template

    • Registration user

    • Activated by user

    • Last activated date

    • Activated by user

    • Started date

    • Analysed date

    • Released date

    • Released by user

    • Validated date

    • Validated by user

    • Completed date

    • Completed by user

    • First reported date

    • Last reported date

    • Last invoiced date

  • Specific links to other records are maintained, and the linked record is exported/imported if it does not already exist in the destination organisation.

    • Owning sample, as Sample record

    • Scheme, as Scheme record

    • Scheme version, as Scheme Version record

    • Limit specification, as Specification record

    • Analysis text, report text, report header text, report footer text, result header text, as Text record

    • Scheme script, as Script record

    • Organisation, as Organisation record

  • Related child or group member records are exported/imported.
  • All related EFS files (for example, scripts, images) are exported/imported.
  • All related custom attributes and related content are exported/imported.
  • All related I18n records are exported/imported for all exported/imported records.
