Reviewing System Statistics
Use of System Monitoring Statistics
Monitoring information is used as part of CCLAS troubleshooting and can be reviewed to determine the functional health of your CCLAS system.
MSEMON captures time spent on business operation (edoi) and service executions since the statistics were last cleared or since the server was rebooted.
Note: This application is useful only if there is a single user on the system.
The statistics display:
- Sample—The type of service or database operations executed for a sample.
- Total (ms)—The total time (in milliseconds) to execute the entire sample operation.
- Average (ms)—The average time (in milliseconds) taken to execute the sample.
- Count—The number of times the operation was executed.
Note: It is recommended to clear the statistics and review the execution timing statistics for an individual process, for a single user at a time.
This makes locating the service executed easier, as a lesser volume of data is recorded than when multiple users are active.
