Conditions for Auto-completion of a Sample Preparation or Analytical Preparation Scheme

When the cascade engine marks an analytical preparation sample scheme or analytical sample schemes as started, where:

• The sample has one or more sample schemes where the scheme's Scheme Type is Sample Preparation,
• The Workflow Status is Not Started or Started,
• For one or more sample schemes, the scheme's Scheme Type is Analytical Preparation or Analytical,
• The AUTO_COMPLETE_PREP application preference is:
  • Defined and is checked, then all related sample preparation sample schemes' Workflow Status sets to Completed. This occurs when any sample scheme is started.
  • Not defined, or is defined and is cleared, the all related sample preparation sample schemes' Workflow Status remains unchanged.
