Check the selection box adjacent each analytical scheme to add the schemes under the Scheme » Selected node.
Note: Where Add all analytes is selected, then the scheme's analytes are automatically selected for inclusion in the job, and where it is not selected, then the scheme's analytes are not selected for inclusion in the job - this must be done separately. Also, where the AddAllAnalytesFilter PROFILE program setting is enabled, then only the analytes that are returned from the SQLWhere clause in the ProfJobAnalyteAddNew.SCR script are selected for the scheme, and where the setting is disabled, then all analytes in the scheme are selected for the scheme.
- To change selection of analytes for each analytical schemes under the Scheme » Selected node, select the node for the analytical scheme and check or uncheck the selection box adjacent each analyte, as required, to include the analyte in the job.
- To add handler, miscellaneous or preparation schemes to the job:
- Select the HDR, MIS or PRP node to display available HDR (Handler), MIS (Miscellaneous) or PRP (Preparation) schemes, respectively, in the list-view panel.

To update a scheme in a job:
- Double-click a SchCode or Name under the Scheme » Selected node to open the PROFILE—ProfJobSchemeEditANA Form, PROFILE—ProfJobSchemeEditPRP Form or PROFILE—ProfJobSchemeEditMISHDR Form, where the scheme's Type is ANA, PRP, or MIS or HDR, respectively.
- Click Save to close the form and save the changes, or click Close to close the form.
To enter analysis details for a PRP (Preparation) or ANA (Analytical) scheme in a job:
