Enter user notes for discrete QC Sample Assessments

1. Search for discrete QC sample assessments to display the PERFANA—Perfana Form.
2. Highlight one or more QC samples using the Ctrl and Shift keys.

1. Right-click and select User notes to display the User notes form. Where user notes are displayed for one QC sample assessment, then the notes for that assessment are displayed. Where user notes are displayed for multiple QC sample assessments, if the existing user notes are common, then those notes are displayed, but where the existing user notes are different, then the test string <Various…> is displayed.Enter the user notes.
2. To use canned comments:
   1. Either click the down-arrow and select the canned comment from the drop-down list. The list contains existing user notes for the selected discrete QC sample assessments, and a row containing the -- (Comments) -- string to indicate that the following rows contain canned comments for the laboratory.
   2. Or enter a canned comment code, click the F4 function key to insert the associated canned comment into the user notes.
3. Click OK.
