Create a job status report
- Click Status Reports in the CCLAS EL menu or run the StatRep.exe application in the Exe folder to display the StatRep Form.

To define the report template, target output, print requirements, and filter by job origin, analysis focus, or job:
- Select the General tab.
- Select the Report template, and enter the Output file.
- Specify the View mode.
- Check Print and select the Printer and No. of copies to have the generated report documented printed.
- To filter jobs by origin, select either Client, Client group or Costcentre:
- Where Client is selected, then enter a search string in the field that matches one or more client codes, using the percent sign (%) as a wildcard, and click the F2 function key to open the client lookup form to display matching client codes from all laboratories, including clients that are disabled. Double-click the required client code.
- Where Client group code is selected, then select one or more client groups using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
- Where Costcentre is selected, select one or more cost centres using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
- To filter schemes by analysis focus, then select either Section, Section group or Scheme:
- Where Section is selected, then select one or more sections using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
- Where Section group is selected, then select one or more section groups using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
- Where Scheme is selected, then select one or more schemes using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
- To filter jobs by job number, select either Discrete jobs or Job Range:
- Where Discrete jobs is selected, then select one or more jobs using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
- Where Job range is selected, then select the first job in the range, select the last job in the range.
- Where the Properties main menu option is enabled, to further filter the grid content based on column criteria, select the Properties main menu option and filter data using column criteria. Refer to Using the Screen Interface.
- Click Save.
- To filter by job dates or sample type, and apply sort criteria:
- Select the Misc tab.
- Click ... next to Received, Registered, Required, Started, Completed, Validated, First Reported and/or Last Reported to open the date range picker, enter the date window and click OK.
- Select one or more sample types from the Sample type list.
- To sort jobs by selected fields, select one or more job fields in the Sort by panel, using the up and down arrows to change the order within the sort.
- To reload the status report requirements, click Refresh.
- Click Report to generate the status report. If the report template is an XLS file, the report is created using Microsoft Excel™. If the report template is an RPT file, the report is created using Crystal Reports™.
