Changing Regional Settings

Access regional settings via the toolbar:

  1. Click your region icon at the top-right of the form, next to your session logo, to display the Region dialog box.

Access regional settings via the menu:

  1. Click (Toggle menu) at the top of the page to access the menu.

  2. Click (Settings) and select Regional Settings to display the Region dialog box.

To change regional settings:

  1. Select the required region. As a region is selected, the current date-time displays in the related regional format.

  2. Click Apply to make the selected region current, such that, all dates and times on the Client Web Portal display, and must be entered, in the current regional format.

  3. The Region dialog box does not close, so click (Toggle menu) at the top of the page to access other pages.
