AUDIT—Criteria Form
This form is used to enter and apply criteria to locate static data audits.
Processes associated with this form

Flows:
- Close—Close the form.
- Apply—Apply the criteria in a search.
Criteria used to filter records returned from the search:
- Staff—Filter records where the static data audit record was written by the selected staff member. Click a selected staff member to de-select.
- Dates—Filter records where the static data audit record was written on, before, after or between the nominated dates.
- Actions—Filter records where the static data audit record is linked to the selected action(s). Click a selected action to de-select.
- Programs—Filter records where the static data audit record is linked to the selected program(s). Click a selected action to de-select.
- Tables—Filter records where the static data audit record is linked to the selected table(s). Click a selected action to de-select.
- Values—Filter records where the static data audit record's key records match the entered keys. Note that the key names are translated to the key field names for the selected table.
