Form:
- Pricing structure (cannot be updated)—The basis for pricing, either:
- ANA—Based upon the result of the invoiced analyte.
- HLY—Based upon an hourly rate for the scheme or procedure.
- SCH—Based upon the number of analytes invoiced for the scheme, per sample.
- SMP—Based upon the number of invoiced samples.
- Price type (cannot be updated)—The type of pricing schedule:
- QUOTE—The pricing schedule exists under a quote.
- Description—The description of the pricing structure.
- Invoice note—The note placed on the invoice for the block price item.
- Base price—The amount charged per sample analysed, regardless of analytical result, time spent or total number of samples analysed.
- Base note—The note placed on the invoice for the base price item.
- Non-aggregate—Where checked, then the invoice costs all priced items at the same price determined using the Portion size and Price of portion amounts in the price schedule item row that matches on Values up to. Where unchecked, then each priced item is costed according to the price determined using the Portion size and Price of portion amounts in the price schedule item row that matches on Values up to.
- Details for analyte-based (ANA) pricing:
- Price for analyte—The fixed block price for each unit of analytical result. Where pricing depends upon the magnitude of the analytical result of the analyte, then the grid is used instead to specify the range details instead of a fixed block price.
- Grid:
- Values up to—For analytical results up to and including this value, price each portion of analytical result based upon the Portion size, at the Price per portion.
- Portion size—The portion size applied to the pricing.
- Price of portion—The price applied to pricing the portion.
- Details for hourly-based (HLY) pricing:
- Price per time portion—The fixed block price for each unit of time. Where pricing depends upon the amount of time taken, then the grid is used to specify the range details instead of a fixed block price.

- Time portion size—The portion size applied to the pricing.
- Price of time portion—The price applied to pricing the portion.
- Details for scheme-based (SCH) pricing:
- Price per analyte—The fixed block price for the each invoiced analyte. Where pricing depends upon the number of analytes, then the grid is used to specify the range details instead of a fixed block price.
- Grid:
- Analytes number up to—For the number of invoiceable analytes up to and including this value, each invoiceable analyte is priced based upon the Portion size, at the Price per portion.
- Price per analyte—The price per invoiceable analyte.
- Min price in range—The minimum price for the invoiceable analytes covered by this range.
- Max price in range—The maximum price for the invoiceable analytes covered by this range.
- Details for sample-based (SAM) pricing:
- Price per sample—The fixed block price for each invoiced sample. Where pricing depends upon the number of samples, then the grid is used to specify the range details instead of a fixed block price.
