CLIENT—ClientContactEdit Form
This form is used to configure contacts for clients.
Processes associated with this form

Flows:
- Close—Close this form.
- Save—Save form updates.
- Save as—Save the current entity as a new entity.
- Delete—Delete the current entity.
- User screen—Open the custom form contained in the ClientContactUser.SCR screen file, if it exists, to enter custom details for the contact.
Form:
- Contact name—The name of the contact.
- Disabled—Indicates whether the contact is disabled in the system. Where the check box is checked, although the contact still exists in the system, the contact is not visible in any application except the Client application.
- Contact title—The title of the contact.
- Department—The department to which the client belongs.
- Picture file—The file containing an image of the contact.
- Email address—The email address for the contact.
- Telephone—The phone number for the contact.
- Fax—The fax number for the contact.
- Notes file—DOC, TXT or HTM file containing general notes about the contact. The contents of this file can be displayed when jobs are profiled for the contact.
- Use contact's address—Indicates whether the contact has an address that is different to the client's address. Where the check box is checked, then the address fields are enabled for entry.
- Address line 1-3—The address of the contact.
- State—The state in which the contact is located.
- Country—The country in which the contact is located
- Postcode—The postal code for the contact.

- Delete—Delete a carbon contact.
- Modify—Open the frmClientContactCC form to modify a carbon contact.
