Flows:

• Browse—Return to the frmConfig form.
• Close—Close this form.

Form:

• Description—The description of the laboratory.
• Is corporate lab—Indicates whether the laboratory is on the same CCLAS database or server, affecting how subcontracting operates for affiliate laboratories versus external laboratories.
• Laboratory group—The laboratory group to which this laboratory belongs.
• Time zone—The time zone in which the laboratory operates.
• Laboratory client—The clients that submit samples to this laboratory. The percent sign (%) wildcard is used to match against multiple clients.
• Laboratory manager—The code of the staff member who is the laboratory manager.
• Accredited symbol file—The graphics file containing he accreditation symbol, for inclusion in certificate reports.
• Accredited logo file—The graphics file containing the laboratory's logo, for inclusion in reports.
