Flows:

• File » Open—Open another Revenue report query form.
• File » Close—Close this form.
• File » Save—Save form updates.
• File » Report—Generate and display the revenue report.
• File » Exit—Exit the application.

Form:

General tab:

• Report template—The Microsoft Excel^TM or Crystal Reports template used to create the report.
• Output file—The name of the output file containing the report.
• Print—Indicates whether the report is destined for printing.
• Printer—The printer on which the report is printed.
• No. of copies—The number of copies to print.
• View—The view mode during report generation: View none, View creating, View at end.
• Invoice mask—Mask used to filter the invoices that are viewable when the Invoice node is selected on the Job tab (and therefore to be included in the revenue report). This mask is used regardless of any other filters applied (via the RevenueInvoiceUserQuery.SCR or File » Properties menu option) to the list of invoices displayed in the list-view panel. The list of masks available is defined by the InvoiceMaskn REVENUE program setting. The default invoice mask is defined by the InvoiceMaskDefault REVENUE program setting.
• Received—Produce revenue reports for the specified date range.
• Invoiced—Produce revenue reports for the specified date range.
• Grouped by—Relevant fields to group by, and change the relative order of the grouping by moving the fields with the arrows.
• Sort by—Sort data in the report, check the relevant fields and move them with the arrows.

Job tab:

• Tree hierarchy—Nodes used to filter the data returned to the financial report, by invoice, job, client group, client and cost code.
• List view—List of entities for each entity type.
• Query Form—Query form used to filter items in the list view.

Scheme tab:

• Tree hierarchy—Nodes used to filter the data returned to the financial report, by scheme, section group and section.
• List view—List of entities for each entity type.
• Query Form—Query form used to filter items in the list view.
