Flows:

• OK—Close the form and add the samples from the job to tracking.

• Cancel—Close the form and cancel the adding of samples from the job to tracking.

Form:

General tab:

• Location—The code of the location of the tracked sample potions.
• Physical type—The code of the physical type of the tracked sample portions.
• Action—The code of the sample handling action applied to the tracked sample portions.
• Container—The code of the container holding the tracked sample portions.
• Sample type—The code of the sample type associated with the sample portions.
• Notes—Notes associated with the tracking of the sample portions.
• Date located—The date-time at which the sample portions were located for tracking.
• Staff code—The code of the staff member who last located the sample portions for tracking.
• List of samples—The samples in the job that are not yet tracked.
• Query Form—Query form used to filter items in the list view.

User fields tab:

• Script form—Script form to enter custom details for the sample tracking.
