General tab:

• Client—The code of the client who owns the job. Read-only.
• Contact—The code of the contact within the client's organisation who originated the sample analysis request. Read-only.
• Project—The code of the client's project associated with the job. Read-only.
• Cost code—The code of the cost centre associated with the job. Read-only.
• Order number—The client order number, typically used to link a job with a client's submission, usually included by the client on the sample request sheet or notice that accompanies the samples. Read-only.
• Location—The code of the location of the job's samples.
• Container—The code of the container holding the job's samples.
• Action—The code of the sample handling action applied to the job's samples.
• Notes—Notes regarding the location or storage of the job's samples.
• Staff code—The code of the staff member who last updated the job's sample tracking details.
• Date located—The date-time at which the job's sample tracking details were relocated.
• Number of unknowns—The number of unknown samples in the job.
• Number of duplicates—The number of duplicate samples in the job.

• Script form—Script form to enter custom details for the sample tracking.

Sample tab:

• Flows:
  • Back—Jump backwards through historically selected nodes.
  • Forward—Jump forwards through historically selected nodes.
  • Previous—When a group node is selected, jump backwards to the next group.
  • Next—When a group node is selected, jump forwards to the next group.
  • Up—Jump up to the parent node level.
  • New—Create a new entity for the selected node.
  • Run—Launch a custom script that may or may not prompt a form.
