The number of workstations that may be active at one time, number of workstations that can potentially make a connection to Datamine, and the licence key number assigned by Datamine.

Database server

The name of the database server.

Licence server

The name of the server referenced in the Datamine licence.

Database

The database on which Datamine is running.

Licence database

The name of the database referenced in the Datamine licence.

Licence Slot Grid

The list of CCLAS EL licence slots used by workstations.

Computername

The name of the workstation that is licensed to use CCLAS EL. This is allocated by the Licence application as the workstation is added.

Description

The description of the workstation, populated only where the workstation was manually added as a licence slot and the user entered this information.

Labcode

The code of the laboratory associated with the workstation's CCLAS EL session.

Last staff code

The code of the last staff member who was logged into CCLAS EL via the workstation.

Last login

The last date and time the user logged into CCLAS EL on the workstation, automatically updated by the Licence application.

Last logout

The last date and time the user logged out of CCLAS EL on the workstation, automatically updated by the Licence application only where the AutoLogout CCLAS program setting is enabled.

In use

Indicates whether the workstation is currently in use, that is, it has an active connection to CCLAS EL.
