Drill machine export settings

If you export drill patterns to drill machines (see Export hole design to a drill navigation system), select settings as required for the drill machine type.

Flanders

  • Export File Extension: The file extension used for the drill pattern export file from DataBlast Pro. Select from TXT and CSV. See File formats.
  • Selected Fields for Export: Click Edit Exported Fields to open the Flanders ARDVARC Blast Plan File Import Specification screen, in which you can:
    • Select predefined fields and Custom properties as required.
    • Specify the Export File Delimiter character to separate values in the drill pattern export file.

MiPlan

  • Mine Units Type: Select from Local Grid and MGA.

WencoLite

  • Drill Navigation Export Format: The format used by the drill navigation export feature when outputting a file to be used by the Wenco/APS drill. If not specified, the default value of “%-,%s,%i,%1,%2,%c" is used. Except for the following replaceable tokens, values are used verbatim.
    • %-: The drill pattern name
    • %s: The hole identifier
    • %i: A counter
    • %1: The design collar coordinates
    • %2: The design drill toe coordinates
    • %c: The drill icon type/colour (currently only supports a value of 7)
  • Job Description
  • Template: Customise the WencoLite CFG file export format to suit your site's drill setup. Example:

Atlas Copco

  • Coordinate System: Select from Left Hand Rule and Right Hand Rule. This setting is used for both exports and imports.
  • Plan ID Value: Select from Pattern Name, Local Navigation ID and Pattern Database Identifier.
  • Plan Name Value: Select from Pattern Name, Local Navigation ID and Pattern Database Identifier.
  • Obey cSysType L (Swap X/Y) on Export: If checked, and the file has a value of L in the CSysType value of the Coordsystem section of the PositionQuality, the X and Y coordinates are swapped when creating the point location. This setting is used for both exports and imports.

Sandvik OptiMine

  • Coordinate System: Select from Left Hand Rule and Right Hand Rule. This setting is used for both exports and imports.
  • Plan ID Value: Select from Pattern Name, Local Navigation ID and Pattern Database Identifier.
  • Plan Name Value: Select from Pattern Name, Local Navigation ID and Pattern Database Identifier.
