Generate and Print a Stocktake Sheet

You can print a stocktake sheet to facilitate data manual collection on site if you need to Enter Stocktake Data.

Activity Steps

1. On the DataBlast Application Menu, select Inventory.

   The Inventory screen displays.

2. Select a stock point node in the DataBlast Items Tree.

   The products at the stock point display in the top table.

   Note: You can only print a stocktake sheet for one stock point at a time.

3. Click Print Stocktake Sheet.

   The Report Designer screen displays a print preview of the stocktake report.

   Note: If there is more than one Inventory Stocktake Sheet report template (see Maintain Report Templates), the Report Template Selection screen displays. Select the required template and click Select.

4. To print the report, click Print and adjust print settings as required.
