Run the Wenco Drill Log Import Setup Script

Important: This activity is only required if you plan to import data from Wenco/APS drill machines. If this activity is required, it should be performed by the DataBlast System Installer and Database Installer, who must have adequate network, domain and administrator permissions to the installation machines.

Activity Steps

1. In the DataBlast installation folder, double-click DataBlast Server » Database Scripts » Setup Wenco.bat.

   The DATABLAST Wenco Drill Log Import Setup Script batch application displays.

2. Follow the prompts to confirm or change the DataBlast database and Wenco database connection settings as required.
3. Press Enter and wait for the script to complete.
4. If you are using older Wenco drill machines, additional scripts may need to be run to create database views. If required:
   1. In the DataBlast installation folder, access the DataBlast Server » Database Scripts » APS Scripts folder.
   2. Run the following scripts in a SQL Server scripting environment against the Wenco database:
      • dbo.mineApsViewDrillHoles.View.sql
      • dbo.mineApsViewDrillHolesOperator.View.sql
