Capture Daily Actual Resource Values

1. Locate the resource in the cross-tab chart.

2. Double-click the left mouse button while the mouse cursor is over the row in the table representing the resource.

   The Resource Information screen displays.

3. Select the Actuals tab.
   
4. Select the production field in the list that you want to track daily measurements for, for example; Actual Tons.
5. Enter reading dates and corresponding actual values. Each actual value is the total recorded for the corresponding day - not the total for the resource to date.
6. Press OK.

Note: You can only capture daily resource measurements for production fields with Track Actual checked and Record Actuals On set to Resource.
