Create a Point Grid Plan

Activity Steps

1. On the Drillhole ribbon tab, in the Planning group, click Point Grid Planner.

   The Point Grid Planner panel displays the Define tab.

2. To create a line:
   1. Select Create.
   2. Select either Line or Polyline.
   3. Click Create Line.
   4. Draw the line on the map.
   5. Update the following fields if required. Default: Values from the drawn line.
      • Line start m (Easting)
      • Line start m (Northing)
      • Line orientation (deg)
      • Line length (m)
3. To select a line:
   1. Select Select.
   2. Click a line on the map.
   3. Click Populate from Selected Line.
   4. Update the line dimensions if required.
4. Enter the Table name.
5. Select the Coordinate Reference System.
6. Select whether to Add Output to Map.

   Note: The grid point plan can be exported without being added to the map if required.

7. Click Generate.
