Before You Install Fusion XI

Note: This installation guide outlines the steps to install Fusion XI in a multi-user environment. In this setup, the SQL Server instance hosting the Central database is on a server, while one or more end users access Fusion from their respective computers.

• Backup your Central Database and your Local Database (if applicable). See Back up the Central Database in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Back up a Local Database in the Fusion Portal.
• Uninstall previous versions of Fusion (if applicable). See Uninstall Previous Versions of Fusion.
