Mouse Usage
(For 3-buttons mouse only)
- To rotate the view, keep pressing the Left Mouse Button while rotating the virtual trackball (in the view mode).
- To move the view, keep pressing the Right Mouse Button or Ctrl + Left Mouse to translate it up, down, left or right.
- Left + Right Mouse Buttons + vertical movement is equivalent to dolly in and out (gets closer to and further away from the object).
- Press K (but do not hold down) then click a target object with the Left Mouse to seek the object.
- Click Escape to switch the viewer to Viewing Mode when it is in Selecting Mode (and vice versa).
- Drag and drop a variable in a scene keep pressing the Right Mouse button to choose the type of representation (pixmaps, volumes, labels) you want to use. This parameter is also defined by the Setting up Preferences or by editing the properties of the item. Choosing pixmaps instead of volumes enables you to display a more important number of samples (which could create visualization issues or speed reductions).
