Before installing Isatis.neo, please make sure your system meets the minimum requirements below.

Hardware Requirements

• Processor: Intel i7 or Xeon family (or equivalent)
• Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM (more is recommended for large datasets or 3D operations)
• Network: An Ethernet card is required for single-user or evaluation licenses, as licensing is bound to the MAC address
• Graphics:
• NVIDIA graphics card with recent drivers is recommended for optimal 3D performance
• AMD/ATI cards are supported with updated drivers
• Intel graphics cards are not supported due to known rendering issues
• Disk Space: At least 1.5 GB of free space for installation
• Internet connection: Recommended for license activation and software updates

Operating System

• Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
• Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (64-bit) or equivalent Linux distribution

Additional Software

• A modern HTML5-compliant web browser is required for accessing documentation and cloud services.
