Neighborhoods

Any interpolation, estimation or simulation algorithm involves the use of a search neighborhood in order to identify which samples are to be used while estimating or simulating variables at a target location. The search algorithm is guided by a set of rules and parameters that are applied for each target location. The Neighborhood Definition page enables you to build and/or modify a set of neighborhood parameters and to save them under the Neighborhood file.
