Note: You must have a licence for Expenditure Watch and Link Expenditure Watch to LandTracker before you are able to launch from the budgeting module.

On the Dashboard, under Budgeting, click Launch Expenditure Watch (Legacy).
Your copy of Expenditure Watch launches in a separate window.
