Contacts

If you store contacts in LandTracker, you can connect them to other fields, such as the Responsible Geo field in an action.

You can add contacts manually, or import them from Microsoft Outlook. See Add Contacts.

Permissions note: Users have the same access level to Contacts as their highest level of access to any of the modules. For example, a user who is a Tenement Viewer and an Agreement Editor can edit contacts, because their highest level of access is Editor. If a user does not have Editor access to any modules they can view, but not edit, contacts.
