Due Diligence Merge Templates
LandTrack Systems provides a suite of Excel merge templates that allow you to quickly create and audit reports on your data. See Download Templates and Action Definitions.
Types of Due Diligence Merge Templates
Tenement Details Due Diligence
This template quickly extracts detailed information about all tenements in the tenement set. The Tenement Details tab provides details of all tenements in the tenement set. For WA tenements, additional related data is available, and is extracted to the other tabs.
Tenement Expenditure and Forfeiture Due Diligence
This template includes the same data as Tenement Details Due Diligence. It includes these extra features:
-
Forfeiture Application Numbers are shown and highlighted in orange on relevant rows in the Expenditure tab.
-
A Pivot Table summarising expenditure and commitment by Combined Reporting Group for each year. Select a year in the Slicer on the right to filter the results.
Project Expenditure Exemption Report
This template generates a report of all tenement expenditure within a combined reporting group for the period, based on the selected tenement's anniversary.
It lists the tenements and their declared expenditure over the previous 12 months with a total, and broken down by the following categories: Exploration, Mining, Aboriginal Heritage, Rent and Rates, Administration and Land Access/ Native Title.
Select just one tenement before running this report.
Tenements that have died within the past 12 months are included in the report; however, this is reliant on DMIRS keeping the dead tenement in the combined reporting group after its death date. Please refer to the DMIRS help desk if this is not the case.
