This page includes downloadable asset templates, action definitions and report templates.

LandTracker templates using a naming convention of Template Name V.x.y.z. x is the major version number, y is the minor version and z is your company's internal version number. We recommend updating the internal version number when you update the template. All new and updated releases of templates from LandTrack Systems have a z value of 0.

If you have made changes to your template and want to merge the latest LandTracker versions, please refer to the instructions from Microsoft using the Compare / Combine tool in Word.

Note: If you are downloading and importing a new version of a template, and you have made no modifications to your existing template, you may wish to create a sub-folder in your LandTracker templates folder with the old versions.

Tenements Module

  • Tenement Details—Includes separate tabs for tenements, related tables and actions. Last modified: 29-07-2024. Added worksheet for Wardens Court.
  • Tenement Details Single Line—Report shows each tenement's details in a single row including rent, rates, holders and shires. Last modified: 15-07-2019. Added Holders field.

Tenements Module and Due Diligence

  • Tenement Expenditure and Forfeiture—Last modified: 19-03-2020. Added worksheets for the Holder Changes, Blocks and Bonds tables and a Header column on the Conditions worksheet. This includes the same data as Tenement Details Due Diligence but also:
    • Shows Forfeiture Application Numbers on relevant Expenditure rows, which are highlighted in orange.
    • Includes a pivot table summarising expenditure and commitment by CRG for each year. This template requires macros to be enabled in Excel, and some worksheets should not be modified. See the About tab in the template for more information.

Due Diligence

  • Project Expenditure Exemption Report—Last modified: 22-09-2023. Included Tenement expiry Date column.
  • Tenement Details Due Diligence—Includes separate tabs for tenements, related tables and actions. This is similar to the Tenement Details merge template, but omits fields and tables that are not in Due Diligence (e.g. Actions, Rates). Last modified: 29-07-2024. Added worksheet for Wardens Court.

Agreements Module

  • Agreement Details—Reports on all Agreements, all linked tables and upcoming actions for those Agreements. Last modified 21-09-2017. Comments have been added to all headers to ensure that it continues to work if you rename a column label or where different labels exist for the same field in different jurisdictions. (previously named Agreement Merge Template).

Environmental Module

  • Environmental Project—Reports on all Environmental Projects & all linked tables. Includes an Approvals Schedule Gantt and a Studies by Status pivot table and column chart. Date created: 10-10-2019.
  • Tenement Obligations—Extract of Tenements' environmental obligations, arranged by unique obligation, to be used as the basis of a report for audit purposes. Date created 10-10-2019. Run this merge from Projects.
  • Approvals—Reports on all Environmental Approvals, all linked tables and Actions. Includes an Approvals Schedule with monthly calendar indicating approvals expiring within the next 5 years. Date created 10-10-2019.
  • Bores—Reports on all Bores & all linked tables. Includes a line chart of each bore's water table over time. Date created 10-10-2019.
  • Landforms—Reports on all Landforms & all linked tables. Air Monitoring report highlights any results exceeding specified thresholds. Last modified: 10-10-2019.
  • Rehabilitation—Flora rehabilitation report with pivot showing species counts that can be filtered by quadrat and/or date. Run this merge from Mine Closures. Last modified: 10-10-2019.
