Update Audit Linked Data

Agreements or Tenements can include data copied from related tenements, related agreements, or linked contacts (in the Parties table on the asset template).

As this data may change over time (such as when a tenement expires or is renewed), the Update / Audit Linked Data feature identifies changes and applies them to your agreements or tenements.

Activity Steps

1. On the Dashboard, under Groups and Links, click Update/Audit Linked Data.

   A Change Tracking screen displays the updated data.

2. To export an audit report, Export Changes.
3. To save the changes, Save Updates.
