Manage Email Alerts for Tenement Applications

LandWatch is a free, weekly report offered by LandTrack Systems. You can draw a single polygon over an area you wish to monitor and receive an email report of any new tenement applications that occur in that area.

To create an alert:

1. With your area of interest in sight on the map, click the LandWatch Area icon in the toolbar. See User Interface.

   A polygon displays on the map.

2. To edit the polygon drag the points to the required position.

   Note: Clicking a dot between two points adds a new point to the polygon.

3. To remove a point from the polygon, right-click the point.

4. To save the area click the Save LandWatch Area icon in the toolbar.

To modify an existing alert:

1. Click the LandWatch Area icon in the toolbar.

   Your existing polygon displays on the map.

2. Edit the polygon by dragging the points to the new required position, or by removing any unnecessary points.

3. Click the Save LandWatch Area icon in the toolbar.

To delete a polygon:

LandTracker Maps does not have functionality to delete polygons. To delete your polygon you must email Datamine Support. See Get Help with LandTracker. Alternatively you can unsubscribe from within the LandWatch email alerts if you no longer wish to receive any LandWatch emails.
