Update from LandTrack Data Service

The LandTrack Data Service is kept up-to-date with the available data from each jurisdictions relevant departments.

Disclaimer: Rare technical issues at any of the mines departments or LandTrack Systems may delay data delivery.

Activity Steps

Important:You are unable to perform any other actions in LandTracker while you run the update.

Note: Imported tenements (up-datable tenements) are the only tenements updated from the LandTrack Data Service. Tenements that have been manually added to LandTracker, and tenements that have died or no longer exist in the data received from the states mines departments, are not updated.

1. On the Dashboard in the Tenements module, click Update from LandTrack Data Service.

   A message box displays the total number of up-datable tenements, and the number of tenements in your current Global Filter.

2. Choose from the following options:
   
   • To update the tenements in your current global filter, click Update Filtered.
   • To update all tenements, excluding those previously flagged as Discard Changes Always in your Change Tracking screen, click Update All.

   • To update all tenements, including those previously excluded in the change tracking window, click Bulk Update All.

     Important: No change tracker displays when choosing bulk update all, the changes are automatically pushed through. A confirmation message appears in the status bar when the update is complete.

     After selecting Update Filtered or Update All, a Change Tracking screen displays upon completion of upload.

3. Save Updates.
