View Change History

LandTracker allows you to view a history of modifications, additions and deletions to the stored data.

Activity Steps:

  1. On the Dashboard under the Auditing section, click View Change History.
  2. In the view pane, update the date by doing one of the following:

    1. Update date From and To.
    2. Click Special and select time-frame from the menu.
  3. Select a change type from the node list.

    Note: Views are available to be displayed by row or by fields:

    • By Row displays raw details of all changes made when the asset was saved. You see one row for each asset. This may include changes to multiple fields.
    • By Fields has three additional columns in the data grid, Field Name, Original Value and New Value. One row displays for each field modified when the asset was saved.
  4. Click Refresh.

    The data grid displays results.

    Note: The details pane displays the before and after values the changed record selected in the data grid. The original value is the text between <Org> and </Org>. The new value is the text between <Cur> and </Cur>.
