Delete Packages

Security Note: You need the Allow discrete unit maintenance security right in the Supply Chain user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Package Explorer.

   Note: You can also delete packages via a Discrete Unit Batch, Discrete Unit Location, Rail Siding, Truck Location, Barge Terminal or Port Location.

2. Find the packages. See Find Packages.
3. To select (that is, highlight) multiple consecutive packages:
   1. Click the first package.
   2. Press and hold down the Shift key.
   3. Click the last package.
4. To select (that is, highlight) multiple non-consecutive packages:
   1. Click the first package.
   2. Press and hold down the Ctrl key.
   3. Click each of the other packages.
5. Right-click a single package or the highlighted packages and select Delete from the menu.

   A confirmation message displays a summary of the packages to be deleted.

6. Click Yes.

   Material used to fill the packages is returned to the source stockpiles.

7. Click Save.
