Enter the Bill of Lading for a Shipment

In MineMarket, the bill of lading is specific to a Despatch Order. For other shipping notices, see Enter Shipment Document Delivery Details.

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain despatch orders security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Shipment.
2. Select the Despatch Orders sub-tab of the Marketing tab.
3. For each despatch order associated with the shipment, complete the following fields.
   • Bill Of Lading Date—Date on which the bill of lading was issued for the shipment. Used as a reference date for many snapshot and invoice calculations.
   • Bill Of Lading Number
4. Click Save.
