Preview Contract Quota Snapshot Costs

Activity Steps

1. Open the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract.
2. Expand the Contract Products » [Contract Product] » Quotas node.
3. Select the node for the required quota.
4. Select the Quota Snapshot tab.
5. Set the Invoice Type to None.
6. Select the Costs tab.

   The Services table displays the snapshots for the quota and the details of the costs. Each cost represents an aggregation of each service, freight or freight commission for the snapshot.

   There are two types of quota snapshot for costs:

   1. Total Despatch Orders—Displays the aggregation of snapshots of despatch orders in the quota
   2. Balance—Displays the information that was calculated using:

      Quota Required Quantity – Sum of Despatch Order Quantities

      However, if the sum of despatch order quantities is greater than the minimum quantity of the quota, the balance is considered to be zero. If no minimum quantity is specified for the quota, the balance is zero once the sum of despatch order quantities exceeds the required quantity of the quota.

7. To view a preview of invoice line items, select the cost in the Services table.

   The Preview tab displays the invoice line items as calculated by the MineMarket Marketing Service.

   Note: Dynamic invoice line items are included, but only from last final invoices. Dynamic invoice line items do not display as separate line items, but do affect the due amount of instalments displayed in the snapshot. An invoice may also include overrides, which are not included in snapshot invoice previews. However, overrides do affect the due amount of instalments displayed in the snapshot.
