Synchronise Quota Specifications to Despatch Orders

Changes to quota specifications do not automatically update the despatch order specifications. However, changed quota specifications can be synchronised to uninvoiced despatch orders in the quota.

The specifications of invoiced despatch orders can only be updated individually. See Edit Despatch Order Specifications.

Security Note: You need the Allow contract maintenance security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract.
2. Expand the Contract Products » [Contract Product] » Quotas node.
3. Select the node for the required quota.
4. Select the Specifications tab.
5. Right-click in the Specifications tab and select Sync Despatch Order Specifications from the menu.

   A message displays the status of the synchronisation.

6. Click Save.
