Find Despatch Orders

Security Note: You need the Allow searching of despatch orders through Despatch Order Explorer security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Despatch Order Explorer.
2. To apply a date range to the search:
   1. Check Include Date Range.
   2. Select the Reference Date to use to search within the date range. Select from Planned Despatch Date, Bill Of Lading Date, Option Date and Final Sample Date.
   3. Enter the Start Date and End Date.
3. Select a Despatch Order Type if required. Select from
   • All (default)
   • Despatch Orders—Despatch orders without a linked despatch order display and source despatch orders display.
   • Linked Despatch Orders—Only linked despatch orders display.
4. Select a Transport Type if required. Select from Any (default), Train, Vessel, Barge and Truck.
5. To include a text string in the search criteria:
   1. Select the method to Search By from:
      • Despatch Order
      • Despatch
      • Despatch Number—Despatch Number of a truck despatch or service trip, Consignment Number of a train, or Voyage Number of a shipment.
      • Contract
      • Organisation
      • Product
      • Bulk Vessel
      • Despatch Order Status
   2. Enter the Search Text. Text searches are case-sensitive with SQL databases with a case-sensitive collation and with all Oracle databases.
6. Click Search or press F3.

   Cancelled despatch orders display with strike-through text.

   Note: You can save search criteria as a search profile. Search profiles for the Despatch Order Explorer include all criteria except the Start Date and End Date. See Use Saved Search Profiles in MineMarket Explorers.

7. To edit a despatch order or view more details, click the hyperlinked Order.

   The Despatch Order displays.
