Remove a Child Despatch Order from a Split Parent Despatch Order

The parent despatch order (PDO) must have an editable status. See Status Definitions.

This activity does not delete the child despatch order (CDO).

A CDO that has been loaded or invoiced cannot be removed from its PDO.

This activity is not applicable to CDOs created automatically for split PDOs for cumulative pricing. See Split Parent Despatch Orders.

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain despatch orders security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Despatch Order for the PDO.
2. Select the Child Despatch Orders tab.
3. Right-click the CDO and select Remove from the menu.
4. Click Save.
