Layout Ribbon Tab

The Layout ribbon tab only displays when required; for example, when viewing a process diagram.

The following tables describe the options on the Layout ribbon tab.

Arrange Group

Drawing Group

Alignment Group

Left Alignment icon Left

Align the selected objects to the left.
Top Alignment icon Centre

Align the centres of each selected object.
Right Alignment icon Right

Align the selected objects to the right.
Top Alignment icon Top

Align the selected objects to the top of the diagram.
Middle Alignment icon Middle

Align the middles of each selected object.
Bottom Alignment icon Bottom

Align the selected objects to the bottom of the diagram.
Align to Grid icon Align to Grid

Align the selected objects to the grid.

Size Group

Width icon Width

Make the selected objects the same width.
Height icon Height

Make the selected objects the same height.
Size Both icon Size Both

Make the selected objects the same size.
Size to Grid icon Size to Grid

Size the selected objects to the grid.
