Service Status Icon
The Service Status icon indicates whether monitored services are running or reporting errors. The icon is in the bottom-right corner of the MineMarket user interface.
The following services are monitored:
- MineMarket Marketing Service
- MineMarket Search Service
- MineMarket Information Services (that is, the MineMarket Data Mart Service, the MineMarket Data Service and MineMarket Reporting Service)
- IMS Integration Hub Service (if installed)
The following table describes the states of the Service Status icon.

All mandatory monitored services are running and no monitored service that is running is reporting an error or warning. |

At least one monitored service is reporting a warning. |

At least one mandatory monitored service has stopped or at least one monitored service is reporting errors. |
Mandatory and Pinned Services
Monitored services can be not pinned; pinned but not mandatory; or both pinned and mandatory.
All monitored services:
- Display on the Monitored Services screen if they have been started
- Affect the global Service Status icon if they report an error or warning
Pinned services also:
- Always display on the Monitored Services screen, even if they have not been started
- Can be reordered
Mandatory services also:
- Affect the global Service Status icon if they are have not been started or if they stop
