View a Process Flow Diagram

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view the Process Diagram Explorer security right in the Menu user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Process Flow Diagram.
2. Update the following criteria:
   • Balance At—Date and time.
   • UOM—Unit of measure.
3. To show or hide sample templates in the diagram, right-click the background of the diagram and select Show Sample Templates or Hide Sample Templates from the menu as required.

   The selection is saved per diagram.

4. To view more information about an object or to edit it, either click the hyperlinked name, or right-click the object and select Open from the menu.

   The applicable screen displays.

5. To search for transactions on a process flow or waste process definition, right-click the process flow or waste process definition and select Search for Transactions from the menu.

   The Transaction Explorer displays with the Process Flow in the search criteria preselected.
