Create a Supply Material

Security Note: You need the Allow supply material maintenance security right in the Supply user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Select the Material panel in the Solution Explorer.
2. Expand the Supply Materials Category node.
3. Right-click a supply material category and select New » Supply Material from the menu.

   The Supply Material Editor displays.

4. Update the name of the supply material node if required.
5. Complete the following fields.
   • Description
   • Mass Unit—Select from the Mass units defined in the Unit Conversion Editor.
   • Volume Unit—Select from the Volume units defined in the Unit Conversion Editor.
6. Click Save.
