Create a Special Sample

You can only create a special sample in a sample category.

Security Note: You need the Allow special sample maintenance security right in the Samples domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the required Sample Category.
2. Select the Samples tab.
3. Right-click the Samples table and select New from the menu.
4. Select the Sample Date.
5. Update the Sample name if required.
6. Select an Organisation from the organisations and companies defined on the Organisations panel of the Solution Explorer if required.
7. Enter the value of each analyte that is defined for the sample category.
8. Enter a Comment if required.
9. Click Save.
