    • Display Despatch Order—Whether the despatch order section displays in the transaction editor when entering transaction data.
    • Enforce Save On Date Change—Whether changing the date of the transaction requires MineMarket to be saved. If checked and the date is changed, there is a prompt to save the previous transaction edits. If the edits are not saved, they are lost. If unchecked and the date is changed, there is no prompt. The edits are retained in the client save list until MineMarket is saved or refreshed.
    • Disable Current State Query—Whether to disable current state queries for transactions. If checked, the Quality field group does not display on the transaction editor.
  10. Configure transaction rows as required:
    1. Select the Configuration Details tab.
    2. Expand the Supply Chain » Process Flows » Process Flow Categories node.
    3. Drag a process flow or waste process definition into the Transaction Configurations field group. Datamine recommends not mixing process flows and waste process definitions in a single transaction editor.
    4. Update the transaction Name if required.
    5. To configure a standard transaction, set the Type to Standard.
    6. To configure a transaction based upon a specific truck:
      1. Set the Type to Truck.
      2. Complete the following fields.
        • Allowed Truck/Types—Select from the trucks defined on the Transport panel of the Solution Explorer.
        • Default Truck/Type—Select from the trucks specified in Allowed Trucks/Types.
        • Modifiable—Whether the Truck/Type can be modified when entering transaction data.
        • By Unit—Whether to record truck loading by the number of trips per time period (or 'cycle counts') when entering transaction data. If checked, the quantity of the transaction is calculated as the number of units multiplied by the tonnage history of the truck or truck type. The calculated quantity can be overridden if required.
      3. If By Unit is checked, complete the following fields.
        • Allowed Loading UOMs—Select from the Loading Rate units defined in the Unit Conversion Editor. Only select a unit that is per trip; that is, t/trip (for process flows) or BCM/trip (for waste process definitions).
        • Loading UOM—Sets the Loading UOM when entering transaction data. Select from the units specified in Allowed Loading UOMs.
        • Loading UOM Modifiable—Whether the Loading UOM can be modified when entering transaction data.
    7. To configure a transaction based upon a truck type:
      1. Set the Type to Truck Type.
      2. Complete the following fields.
        • Allowed Truck/Types—Select from the truck types defined on the Transport panel of the Solution Explorer.
        • Default Truck/Type—Select from the truck types specified in Allowed Trucks/Types.
        • Modifiable
        • By Unit
      3. If By Unit is checked, complete the following fields.
        • Allowed Loading UOMs
        • Loading UOM
        • Loading UOM Modifiable
  11. Complete the remaining fields as required.
    • Allowed Sources—Sets the selection list for Source Stockpile when entering transaction data. Select from the stockpiles at the source location of the process flow.
    • Source Stockpile—Sets the Source Stockpile when entering transaction data. Select from the Allowed Sources.
    • Use Source Default Mass—If checked, the source stockpile balance, as at the current transaction date, is used as the default transaction mass in the Quantity field for a transaction. Note that both the source and destination stockpile must be either predefined or selected before the default mass can be determined. If unchecked, no transaction mass default is set. Default: Unchecked.
    • Modifiable—Whether the Source Stockpile can be modified when entering transaction data.
    • Allowed Destinations—Sets the selection list for Destination Stockpile when entering transaction data. Select from the stockpiles at the destination location of the process flow.
    • Destination Stockpile—Sets the Destination Stockpile when entering transaction data. Select from the Allowed Destinations.
    • Modifiable—Whether the Destination Stockpile can be modified when entering transaction data.
    • Duplicatable—Whether the transaction can be duplicated when entering transaction data.
    • Start Date Modifiable—Whether the Transaction Start Date can be modified when entering transaction data.
    • Date Modifiable—Whether the Transaction Date can be modified when entering transaction data.
    • Equipment—Sets the selection list for Equipment when entering transaction data. Select from the equipment items defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer. Only equipment items that are assigned to the process flow are available.
    • Allow Transaction Editing—If checked, all transaction data (source, destination, tonnages, and so on) for that transaction row, can be edited. Note that sample editing for the transaction quality is controlled by the sample template configuration set for each transaction template. If unchecked, transaction data for that transaction row, cannot be edited once it is entered. Default: Checked.
  12. To allow the tonnage moved in a transaction that is created from this template to be associated with a movement product:
    1. Select the Allowed Movement Products. Sets the selection list for Movement Product when entering transaction data. Select from the products and brands defined on the Material panel of the Solution Explorer.
    2. To force the movement product to be set to a product or brand, select the Movement Product. Select from the Allowed Movement Products.
    3. To allow the movement product to be modified for a transaction, check Modifiable.

Note: The Process Flow controls whether to automatically populate the movement product by using the following rules:

    • If the source product and the destination product are both defined, use the source product.
    • If the source product is defined and the destination product is not defined, use the source product.
    • If the source product is not defined and the destination product is defined, use the destination product.
    • If the source product and the destination are both not defined, use the product selected from the drop-down list.
The process flow also controls whether the entry of a movement product for a transaction is mandatory.
  13. The Sample Templates field group displays the sample templates defined on the Process Flow. If a sample template is not required for a process flow, uncheck Display Template. If checked, the sample template displays in the transaction editor. If unchecked, all the other options in the Sample Templates section are disabled, and the sample template is hidden on the transaction editor.

Note: You can delete a sample template via the process flow if the sample template has not yet been used to create a sample. If you delete the sample template, MineMarket deletes the sample template from any transaction editor that uses that process flow.

  14. If Display Template is checked, update the following fields as required for the sample template:
    • Display Name
    • Create Sample—Whether to automatically create the sample for the sample template. Default: Checked. If unchecked, a sample can still be created via an integration method and assigned to the transaction.
    • Display Results—Whether to display the analyte results of the sample. Default and recommended value if creating a sample: Checked.
    • Results Modifiable
    • Sample Name Modifiable
  15. To duplicate a transaction row to create another transaction row based on the same process flow:
    1. Right-click the transaction row and select Duplicate from the menu.
    2. Update the fields as required.
  16. To hide a transaction row from data entry, uncheck Display Row. (This can be useful to temporarily disallow transactions for a process flow.) Default: Checked.
  17. To reorder analytes:
    1. Select the Analyte Order tab.
    2. Right-click an analyte and select Move Up or Move Down from the menu as required.
  18. Click Save.
